- business process improvement and strategy departments, to bring a systems thinking and person centred design lens to organisational re/structures and process re-engineering.
I work with groups of people to create shared visions, intentional culture, agreed ways of handling conflict, and to enable the best self of every single member to turn up and contribute.
I work with individuals to help them understand their meaning-making frameworks, to rewrite the scripts that aren't serving them, and to unleash their best selves on the world.
