Before you started this process, how did you feel about your branding and website? How long had it been since you had created your initial website?

My website was over 2 years old, a static page put together in a rush.  The branding was a hangover from a business I used to run, I simply adopted it and transferred it, and it never really fit, it was never really me.

What was it like, working with Anna?

Building a website that is all about you, can be an uncomfortable process.  In fact it’s one I’d  put off for way too long.  It is rarely easy talking about yourself, and what makes you great.  Anna put me at ease and her process allowed her to find out what makes me tick, and to see the real me.  I felt totally comfortable throughout the process, it was a pleasure.

What surprised you most about this process?

I was expecting Anna to handle the branding and the website and knew that I would need to provide the content.  Anna went beyond that, she suggested better names for some of my programmes, saw the whole picture and made suggestions as to how I might combine programmes to make a more valuable offering.

How do you feel about where your website has ended up?

I’m delighted with the end result.  The website captures me in a way that my previous branding never did.   I love the sense of fun that she has managed to combine with the elegant colour scheme.  The feedback I’ve had is testament to her ability – “Looks great and it’s very you!”

What would you say Anna’s super powers are?

Anna has this fabulous ability to put you at ease, to see through any armour you may have in place, and into your soul. Miraculously she is then able to translate this insight into creative design that truly represents who you are and what you would want to say about yourself, if only you were brave enough.
